All classes run live on Zoom. After booking, you receive a Zoom link and class schedule. Sessions are capped at 10 students so every person gets real-time corrections from the instructor.
Yes — several of our 20+ monthly classes are designed specifically for beginners. No prior experience needed for Group Classes or Pranayama sessions.
We run classes across IST, GMT, EST, GST and PHT timezones. You'll receive the full schedule after signing up.
A yoga mat and comfortable clothing. For Pranayama, just a quiet space and earphones — no mat required.
