Common Questions

Is yoga safe for PCOD — won't intense exercise make it worse? +

Yes, yoga is very safe for PCOD. Unlike high-intensity interval training (HIIT) which can sometimes spike cortisol levels and worsen PCOD symptoms, our yoga sequences are low-impact and specifically designed to manage stress and regulate hormones.

How soon will I see results? +

While every body is different, most of our students report improved energy levels and reduced stress within 3-4 weeks. Visible changes in cycle regularity or weight management typically take 8-12 weeks of consistent practice.

Can I join if I'm also on medication for PCOD? +

Absolutely. Our yoga program is designed to complement medical treatment. We focus on lifestyle and movement that supports what your doctor is already working on with you.

Is this the same as a regular yoga class? +

No. While we use standard yoga asanas, the sequences, pace, and focus are entirely different. We avoid poses that might be counterproductive and focus heavily on those that support the endocrine system and pelvic health.

Your body is not broken. It just needs the right practice.
